• How do I create an account? — Go to vineyardhome.io/signup and choose whether you're a homeowner or a home pro. It takes about 60 seconds and there's no credit card required.
• Is Vineyard free to use? — Yes, creating an account is free. Vineyard earns a small commission (8%) on completed, paid work — only when a project is successfully finished.
• What areas does Vineyard serve? — We're currently focused on the Southwest and expanding rapidly. Sign up and we'll notify you when providers are available in your area.

For Homeowners

• How are providers verified? — Every provider submits their license number, insurance certificate, and EIN. Our team reviews all documents before approving any provider to appear on the platform.
• How does payment work? — You agree on a milestone payment schedule before work starts. Funds are held securely by Stripe and released to the provider only when you approve each milestone.
• Can I reschedule an appointment? — Yes — from your dashboard, any time. Your provider is notified automatically.
• What if I have a dispute? — Contact us at support@vineyardhome.io. We review all disputes and mediate between homeowners and providers.
• How does financing work? — Vineyard partners with Synchrony Bank to offer promotional financing. Apply at vineyardhome.io/financing. Decisions come back in minutes.

For Providers

• How do I join as a provider? — Apply at vineyardhome.io/provider-onboarding. You'll submit your license, insurance, and EIN. Our team reviews applications within 24 hours.
• When do I get paid? — When you mark a milestone complete and the homeowner approves it, funds are released to your connected bank account within 48 hours via Stripe.
• How does Google Calendar sync work? — Connect your Google Calendar from your provider dashboard. Homeowners book from your available windows and appointments appear on your calendar automatically.
• What commission does Vineyard take? — 8% of each completed milestone payment. No monthly fees, no lead fees, no pay-to-play.

Account & Security

• Why was I logged out automatically? — Vineyard automatically signs you out after 30 minutes of inactivity to protect your account.
• How do I reset my password? — Email support@vineyardhome.io and we'll send a reset link.
• How do I delete my account? — Email support@vineyardhome.io with the subject "Delete Account." We'll process your request within 5 business days.
